Project Statement
The main idea of this project is architectonics and aesthetics of the created environment. It consists of three major parts "The Concept of Skyscraper","Performing Arts Center","proposal of new roadway over the canyon and recreation park with entertainment complex".

Skyscraper consists of an assemblage of structural geodesics that form three towers linked by habitable bridges at the top and bottom. Different programs, including offices, residences, and hotel are located in each tower – the geodesics change in size and configuration depending on the program. The bridges are used as commercial and recreational areas for the general public.

Idea of Continuous Growth
The architecture of this project as the built form of human cultural ambitions, represents the human desire of limitless continuation in the form of continuous growth; non-stop vertical development of the built environment. Before reaching the visualized "final phase" of the construction there could be many stages. Which also could be continued afterwards.

Form Finding
Volume of this skyscraper has the quality of motion, and the motion vectors which compose the form,
are the continuation of terrain (of its motion vectors) "particularly in the lower parts of it".
In fact, in the volume-formation of this conceptual project structure is not the determining force. Therefore it became possible to make the whole volume (geometry) more unpredictable and gave to it that sense of changeableness, like in the nature.

Structural System
Under the continuous growth I mean that this skyscraper actually keeps on rising (it's not just a simple motionless buildings its an evolving skyscraper). To make it possible, structural system should have a flexible design, in the sense of changeableness without loosing its firmness. One of the easiest and best possible solutions is to use system of space frames only bigger in scale. The space frame system is a 3 dimensional structural framework which mainly consists from one type of structural unit (a cell). Here the structural unit will be (modification) of one of the platonic solids. This structural unit is steady enough to hold the whole structure, and its quality of firmness emphasizes when the assemblage from this structural unit becomes bigger.

Environment
The building is designed with the latest green technologies. An “intelligent” skin controls, through mechanical openings, the amount of light incidence and could also be used to reduce heat and provide natural ventilation. This skin is also equipped with rain water collection systems, photovoltaic cells, and wind turbines.
